Raising Cane’s Hosts Epic Event for Leaders in Cancun, Mexico

At Raising Cane’s, our commitment to giving back starts at the core of our business, and that’s our Crew. Recognizing and rewarding those who are the heart of our success has always been deeply rooted in who we are, and we like to show our gratitude in a big way.

To reflect that culture of appreciation, we hosted 3,000 Leaders from across the Company and their guests during a multi-day event in Cancun, Mexico, to say ‘thank you’ for their continued hard work and dedication.

Our Owner and Founder, Todd Graves, and Co-CEO/COO, AJ Kumaran, spoke to the past, present and future of Raising Cane’s – which includes a clear focus on becoming a Top 10 US Restaurant Brand. With more than 850 Restaurants worldwide, over 100 New Restaurant Openings projected by the end of 2024 and $25 million in Active Community Involvement this year, that goal is well within reach.

Among the inspiring conversations were guest appearances by legendary rap artist, producer and personality, Snoop Dogg, and Olympic gold medalist, Katie Ledecky – who sat down with Todd and AJ to discuss leadership and success in their industries. Snoop Dogg continued the celebrations by performing for guests at a beach party, where a fleet of drones flashed highlights of our aspirations and accomplishments in the sky.

After an exciting and encouraging few days, our Leaders were able to leave the event energized to take on the ambitious goals ahead, while continuing to serve our ONE LOVE to Customers and Communities as we grow to a Top 10 US Restaurant Brand!
