OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND ONLY TO QUALIFIED PERSONS (AS DEFINED IN THE RULES BELOW). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Name: Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® Cane’s 2025 Grad Save the Date Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”).

Timing: Registration is scheduled to begin at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on 5/8/2025 and end at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) on 5/19/2025 (the “Registration Period”).  Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.   

Who May Enter: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are age 18 or older as of date of entry, who are graduating between April 1 and June 30, 2025 from a school (high school, college, graduate school, technical school, etc.) that is located in the United States, and who have a valid U.S. driver’s license or government issued photo identification (“Entrant”), excluding the following classes of persons who are not eligible to enter:

a.     Employees, officers, and directors of Raising Cane’s Restaurants, L.L.C., (“Sponsor”), Million Dollar Media (“Administrator”), each of their respective franchisees, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively “Released Parties), and the members of the immediate families or households of any of the above, whether or not related. “Immediate family members” includes, for purposes of this Sweepstakes, parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grandchildren (including step-grandchildren) and each of their respective spouses.

b.     Individuals who do not have current access to the internet or a valid email address to complete an eligible on-line registration to participate.

How to Enter: There are three (3) methods of entry. During the Registration Period,

1. Mail your printed graduation announcement that shows your name, high school you are graduating from, and date of graduation in a #10, business size envelope (each, a “Grad Announcement”);
2. Mail a postcard that includes the following information hand-printed or typed: your complete name, address (including city, state and zip code), email address, birth date, high school you are graduating from, daytime and evening phone numbers (including area codes) on a postcard (each a “Postcard”); or
3. Mail a 3x5 card or piece of paper that includes the following information hand-printed or typed: your complete name, address (including city, state and zip code), email address, birth date, high school you are graduating from, daytime and evening phone numbers (including area codes) in a #10, business-size envelope (each an “Envelope”).

Mail your Grad Announcement, Postcard or Envelope using first-class postage to: Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® Cane’s 2025 Grads Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 248, Woodbridge, NJ 07095 (each an “Entry”). If submitting via Grad Announcement or Envelope, your outer-mailing envelope must include a valid return address, which includes a complete first and last name. Mailed entries received without a verifiable and legible return address will be deemed incomplete and invalid. Limit one (1) Entry per outer mailing envelope.  All Entries must be postmarked by no later than 5/19/2025 and received by no later than 5/26/2025.  Limit one (1) Entry per person during the Registration Period. 

By participating and submitting an Entry, Entrant agrees that Sponsor and Administrator are authorized to contact Entrant via email, mail, phone or any other form of media to make Entrant aware of information pertinent to the Sweepstakes, and to distribute information regarding the Sponsor(s) featured products, special events or promotional offers, or purchase incentives. Entrants may opt-out of any further email communication at any time by clicking on unsubscribe located in the footer of promotional emails from Sponsor.

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or damaged entries, or for entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these Official Rules, or for any Entry not submitted or received or lost due to any technical error or failure, human or programming error, unauthorized human intervention, inaccurate capture or mis-entry of any required information, or the failure to capture any such information or effects of hackers or failure of any electronic equipment, computer transmissions and/or network connections; all of which will be disqualified.

Each Entrant must submit an Entry on his/her own behalf. Any Entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void. All Entries received become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Selection of Winners

Beginning 5/9/2025, Administrator shall conduct daily random drawings (each a “Drawing”) from all Entries received at the time of Drawing to select up to two hundred (200) entries per Drawing, until such time a total of two thousand twenty-five (2,025) Entries have been selected (each, a “Prize Winner ” and collectively, the “Prize Winners” ).  Drawings shall occur until either two thousand twenty-five (2,025) Entries have been selected, or until 5/26/2025, whichever is the earlier.  Non-winning Entries will roll over to the next Drawing, if any,  Sponsor may not award all prizes for this Sweepstakes if the number of eligible Entrants is less than the number of advertised prizes.

Decisions of the Administrator in the selection and determination of all Prize Winners and all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final and binding. Maximum of one (1) Prize per person in Sweepstakes. 

Prize (maximum of 2,025): The prize (“Prize”) has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $21.48 and consists of the following:

• One (1) Graduation Plush Puppy - (ARV: $9.99)
• One (1) Be Our Guest card valid for one (1) Free THE BOX COMBO® meal* - (ARV: $11.49)
• One (1) Card from Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® Founder

*The Be Our Guest Card (“Reward Card”) is redeemable for one (1) free THE BOX COMBO meal (“Meal”), and will be valid for use for a period of 12 consecutive months from the first date of issue (the “Effective Period”). One Meal will be loaded on the Reward Card during the Effective Period and any unused Meal will automatically expire at the close of business on the last day of the Effective Period (which may result in a partial calendar month for the first month in the Redemption Period). Redemption of Meal may be made at any time, but can only be made during business hours, which excludes most major holidays. Each Reward Card is subject to these Official Rules and the Reward Card’s standard terms and conditions printed on the back of the Reward Card. No rainchecks or refunds offered for failure to redeem THE BOX COMBO meals during the Effective Period.  Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of a prize will not be awarded.

Reward Cards are not assignable or transferable by any means, including, without limitation, by sale, gift, seizure, or inheritance, and are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or prize substitutions. Reward Cards are also subject to the terms of use indicated thereon. No substitution or cash redemption is allowed except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. By accepting a prize, the Winner consents to Sponsor’s use of his or her name, biographical information, together with any photographs, videos, and/or audio recordings made of the Winner for advertising purposes without limitation and without additional compensation in any and all media worldwide, except if and where prohibited by law. By accepting a prize, Winner further agrees to release Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and related companies and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Winner’s participation in the Sweepstakes, or with respect to awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any Prize. Any tax liability is the responsibility of the Winner.

Maximum ARV of all prizes awarded is $43,497.00.  Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.

All Prizes are awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). All Prizes requiring delivery (“Shipped Prize(s)”) will be shipped to each Winner at the address provided on their Entry.  All Shipped Prizes will be delivered by U.S. Postal Service or common carrier of Sponsor’s choosing and Shipped Prizes will be deemed delivered to the Winner once a Shipped Prize is delivered by Sponsor to the U.S. Postal Service or other common carrier of Sponsor’s choosing. Sponsor and Administrator will not be responsible or liable for a late, delayed, lost, stolen, undeliverable or damaged Shipped Prizes once delivered to the U.S. Postal Service or other common carrier, for any loss or damages relating to delivery, use, or misuse of a Shipped Prize, or for any Entrant who provided Sponsor with an incorrect address.

If any Prize is returned as undeliverable for any reason, Sponsor may decide, in its sole discretion, to award such Prize to an alternate eligible Entrant or if time does not permit (in Sponsor’s opinion) to not award such Prize.  Failure to collect or properly claim the Prize in accordance with these Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the Prize. If forfeited for any reason, Winner will not receive any other Prize substitution or compensation, and the Prize will remain the property of Sponsor and will not be awarded, except as provided herein.

Additional Rules & Restrictions: By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. In the event an Entrant wins a Prize and is later found to be in violation of these Official Rules, Entrant will be required to forfeit the Prize or to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of the Prize if such violation is discovered after Winner has redeemed the Prize. Participation in Sweepstakes constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use Entrants’ names, cities and states of residence and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media now or hereafter known worldwide in perpetuity without limitation or further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render Entrants ineligible for any Prize.

By participating, Entrants agree to hold all Released Parties harmless from any claims, losses, actions, or damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental or consequential, for injury (including but not limited to death), damages, losses or expenses arising out of or relating to Entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the Prize, or participation in Prize-related activities (including but not limited to travel or activity related thereto), and to assume all liability thereof. Released Parties shall not be liable to Winner or any other person for failure to supply the Prize or any part thereof by reason of any event of force majeure, including without limitation, any acts of God such as an epidemic, pandemic (including foreseeable and ongoing effects of COVID-19), any actions, regulations, orders, or requests by any governmental entity, equipment failure, terrorist acts, war, fire, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, or any other cause beyond Released Parties’ control. 

Sponsor disclaims all liability for the inability of an Entrant to complete or continue an entry due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond the Sponsor’s control, or otherwise. Sponsor disclaims any liability for entries not received due to technical difficulties or transmission errors. Sponsor disclaims all liability for any delays, mis-delivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. Released Parties are not responsible for any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile phone related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for errors of any kind, whether computer, software, technical, mechanical, electronic, telephone, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitations, errors which may occur in connection with the printing or advertising of this Sweepstakes, administration or execution of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Entries or in the announcement of the Prizes or Prize Winners. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes for any reason whatsoever in its  sole discretion. In the event of early termination of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to determine a designated number of Prize Winners in one randomized drawing of all eligible, non-suspect Entries received as of the time/date of such Sweepstakes termination.

Odds: The odds of being selected as a Winner are dependent upon the total number of Entries received at the time of each Drawing.

Privacy: Sponsor is committed to protecting privacy. To enter the Sweepstakes, Entrants must complete an official Entry form with the entrant’s name, email address, mailing address and phone number. The information submitted on the Entry will only be used for selecting winners and giving away Prizes. Sponsor may retain any Entry and winner selection information for recordkeeping purposes, but the information will not be used for any other purposes, except as described in these Official Rules. Sponsor does not sell any personal information collected as part of this Sweepstakes.  Depending on your jurisdiction, applicable law may entitle you to certain consumer rights regarding the processing of your personal information. In Case of Disputes: By participating, each Entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, or any Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court located in Collin County,  Texas; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas.

Box 248, Woodbridge, NJ 07095. Please specify whether you are requesting Official Rules or a list of Prize Winners. Requests must be received by 7/26/2025.
