RAISING CANE’S® CANIAC® CLUB VALENTINES DAY SWIPESTAKES – FEBRUARY 2025
No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase odds of winning. Must be at least 13 years of age, a Caniac® Club member, and a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia to enter. During regular restaurant hours on February 12, 2025 and February 13, 2025 (“Entry Period”), enter by swiping your Caniac Club Card or scanning the QR Code at any participating restaurant. Limit one entry per day and one Prize per Swipestakes. On February 14, 2025, fifty (50) potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received at Participating Restaurants during the Entry Period. Two (2) prize packages are available: a Grand Prize Package and a First Prize (each, a “Prize”). Subject to eligibility and prize acceptance requirements, the first twenty-five (25) potential winners will receive a Grand Prize Package and the second twenty-five (25) potential winners will receive a First Prize.
The “Grand Prize Package” includes 2 Raising Cane’s-branded Pajama pants, 2 Raising Cane’s X Sportique Heavyweight Tote Bags and 2 Raising Cane’s-branded Friendship Bracelets. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of one Grand Prize Package is $157.94. There are twenty-five (25) Grand Prize Packages available, with a total ARV of $3,948.50. Potential Grand Prize Package winners will be notified at the email addresses provided in their Caniac Club registrations and will be required to complete and remit an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Forms”) within two days of the email send date before the Grand Prize Package will be awarded. Minors will be required to have a parent or legal guardian complete the Prize Claim Forms on their behalf, as further outlined in the Official Rules for Caniac Club promotions linked below. After completing the Prize Claim Forms within the required time frame, allow 6-8 weeks for delivery to the address in entrant’s Caniac Club account profile.
“First Prize” is one free THE BOX COMBO® meal, with an ARV of $13.99. There are twenty-five (25) First Prizes available, with a total ARV of $349.75. Each First Prize winner will be notified at the email address provided in their Caniac Club registration, and First Prize will be automatically loaded to the winner’s Caniac Club account.
Total ARV of all Prizes is $4,298.25.
