RAISING CANE’S® CANIAC® CLUB FIDDLER’S GREEN AMPHITHEATRE SWIPESTAKES 2025

No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Must be at least 18 years of age and a Caniac® Club member to enter. Each prize includes two (2) tickets for admission (the “Prize”) to a concert of choice to be held at Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre (“FGA”) located at 6350 Greenwood Plaza Blvd, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 on various dates from July through October 2025. Three (3) Prizes are available. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of a Prize is $112.66 to $376.50. Total ARV of all Prizes is $337.98 to $1,129.50. To enter the drawing, swipe your Caniac® Club card at one of the participating restaurants (each, a “Participating Restaurant”) detailed below between 10:00 a.m. local time on May 29, 2025 and 11:59 p.m. local time on August 31, 2025 (“Entry Period”). On each of July 15, 2025, August 15, 2025, and September 1, 2025, one (1) potential winner (each, a “Potential Winner”) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received to date. Potential Winners will be notified at the email addresses provided in their Caniac® Club registrations. Each Potential Winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Forms”) within twenty-four hours of the email send date and time. Winner must return signed Prize Claim Forms before Prize is awarded. Winner is responsible for paying all applicable taxes (including, but not limited to, all local, state, and federal taxes) on any Prize awarded to them. As required by law, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the fair market value of the Prize, and Winner may be required to provide a tax identification number or social security number as part of the Winner verification process.
