RAISING CANE’S® CANIAC® CLUB – FIDDLER’S GREEN AMPHITHEATRE SWIPESTAKES 2024

No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase odds of winning. Must be at least 18 years of age, a Caniac® Club member, and a legal resident of Colorado to enter. Each prize includes two (2) tickets (the “Prize”) to a summer concert scheduled to be held at Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre, 6350 Greenwood Plaza Blvd, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 on various dates from July through September 2024. Three (3) Prizes are available.  Maximum Retail Value (“MRV”) of each Prize is $500.00. Total MRV of all Prizes is $1500.00.  Winner will select which summer concert to attend, subject to ticket availability.  To enter, swipe your Caniac Club card at  a Participating Restaurant between 10 a.m. local time on July 15, 2024 and 11:59 p.m. local time on September 4, 2024 (“Entry Period”). On each of July 31, 2024, August 14, 2024, and September 4, 2024, one (1) potential winner (each, a “Potential Winner”) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received to date. Potential Winners will be notified at the email addresses provided in their Caniac Club registration.  Potential Winners will be required to complete and remit an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Forms”) within two days of the email send date. Winner must return signed Prize Claim Forms before Prize will be awarded. Winner is responsible for paying all applicable taxes (including, but not limited to, all local, state and federal taxes) on any Prize awarded to them.  As required by law, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the fair market value of the Prize, and Winner may be required to provide a tax identification number or social security number as part of the Winner verification process.  Void where prohibited.  Limit one entry per person per day and one Prize per entrant.  Promotion is subject to the Promotion Official Rules for Caniac Club promotions, at https://www.raisingcanes.com/caniac-club-rules.
