RAISING CANE’S® CANIAC® CLUB – COURTSIDE TICKET SWIPESTAKES 2024

No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase odds of winning. Must be at least 18 years of age, a Caniac® Club member, and a legal resident of Texas to enter. The prize is two (2) courtside tickets to the WNBA Dallas Wings’ home game scheduled for September 12, 2024 (the “Prize”). One (1) Prize is available.  Approximate Retail Value of the Prize is $520.00. To enter, swipe your Caniac Club card at a Participating Restaurant between 10 a.m. local time on August 26, 2024 and 11:59 p.m. local time on September 6, 2024 (the “Entry Period”). On September 7, 2024, one (1) potential winner (“Potential Winner”) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Potential Winner will be notified at the email address provided in their Caniac Club registration.  Potential Winner will be required to complete and remit an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Forms”) within two days of the email send date. Winner must return signed Prize Claim Forms before Prize will be awarded. Winner is responsible for paying all applicable taxes (including, but not limited to, all local, state and federal taxes) on any Prize awarded to them.  As required by law, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the fair market value of the Prize, and Winner may be required to provide a tax identification number or social security number as part of the Winner verification process.  Void where prohibited.  Limit one entry per person per day.  Promotion is subject to the Promotion Official Rules for Caniac Club promotions, at https://www.raisingcanes.com/caniac-club-rules.
