RAISING CANE’S® CANIAC® CLUB COLORADO EAGLES HOCKEY TICKET SWIPESTAKES 2025-26

No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Must be at least 13 years of age, a legal resident of Colorado, and a Caniac® Club member to enter. Each prize includes four (4) general admission tickets to a Colorado Eagles home game, four (4) Be Our Guest Cards, each good for one free The Box Combo® redeemable at a later visit, subject to the terms and conditions on the card, and one (1) Cane’s Gift Basket (each, a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”). Games will be held at Blue Federal Credit Union Arena located at The Ranch Events Complex, 5290 Arena Cir, Loveland, CO 80538, on various dates from October 2025 through April 2026. Ten (10) Prizes are available. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of a Prize is $496.34. Total ARV of all Prizes is $4,963.40. To enter the drawing, swipe your Caniac® Club card at one of the participating restaurants (each, a “Participating Restaurant”) detailed below between 10:00 a.m. local time on October 11, 2025 and 11:59 p.m. local time on March 10, 2026 (“Entry Period”). On each of November 1, 2025, November 15, 2025, December 1, 2025, December 15, 2025, January 1, 2026, January 15, 2026, February 1, 2026, February 15, 2026, March 1, 2026, and March 15, 2026, one (1) potential winner (each, a “Potential Winner”) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received to date. Potential Winners will be notified at the email addresses provided in their Caniac® Club registrations. Each Potential Winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Forms”) within twenty-four hours of the email send date and time. Winner must return signed Prize Claim Forms before Prize is awarded. Winner is responsible for paying all applicable taxes (including, but not limited to, all local, state, and federal taxes) on any Prize awarded to them. As required by law, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the fair market value of the Prize, and Winner may be required to provide a tax identification number or social security number as part of the Winner verification process.
