RAISING CANE’S® CANIAC® CLUB – BRIC CELEBRATE BROOKLYN! SWIPESTAKES 2024

No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase odds of winning. Must be at least 18 years of age and a Caniac® Club member to enter. Each prize includes two (2) VIP Admission tickets (the “Prize”) to the BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! Performing arts festival scheduled to be held in Prospect Park on various dates from June through August 2024 (the “Festival”). Forty-four (44) Prizes are available.  Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $150.00. Total ARV of all Prizes is $6,600.00.  There are 3 methods of entry: 1. If your Caniac Club app and mobile app are synced, scan the QR Code in the Caniac Club app; 2. If your Caniac Club app and mobile app are synced, place an order using the mobile app; and 3. , swipe your Caniac Club card at Cane’s #980 located at 1523 Kings Highway, Brooklyn, NY 11229 or Cane’s #981 located at 447 Fulton Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201 (each, a “Participating Restaurant”) between 9 a.m. Eastern Time on June 24, 2024 and 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on July 28, 2024 (“Entry Period”). On each of July 1, 2024 and July 8, 2024, thirteen (13) potential winners (each, a “Potential Winner”) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received to date. On each of July 15, 2024 and July 22, 2024, eight (8) Potential Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received to date. On July 29, 2024, two (2) Potential Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received to date.  Potential Winners will be notified at the email addresses provided in their Caniac Club registration.  Potential Winners will be required to complete and remit an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Forms”) within two days of the email send date. Winner must return signed Prize Claim Forms before Prize will be awarded. Winner is responsible for paying all applicable taxes (including, but not limited to, all local, state and federal taxes) on any Prize awarded to them.  As required by law, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the fair market value of the Prize, and Winner may be required to provide a tax identification number or social security number as part of the Winner verification process.  Void where prohibited.  Limit one entry per person per day and one Prize per entrant.  Promotion is subject to the Promotion Official Rules for Caniac Club promotions, at https://www.raisingcanes.com/caniac-club-rules.
