AGGANIS ARENA TICKET SWIPESTAKES DECEMBER 2025

No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Must be at least 18 years of age, a legal resident of Massachusetts or New Hampshire, and a Caniac® Club member to enter. Each prize includes eight (8) suite tickets redeemable for one show between December 19, 2025 and December 29, 2025 at the Agganis Arena in Boston, MA (each, a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”). Terms and other conditions apply, see tickets for available shows, dates, and full details. Two (2) Prizes are available. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of a Prize is $360. Total ARV of all Prizes is $720.00. To enter the drawing, swipe your Caniac® Club card at one of the participating restaurants (each, a “Participating Restaurant”) detailed below between 10:00 a.m. local time on November 29, 2025 and 11:00 p.m. local time on December 16, 2025 (“Entry Period”). On December 17, 2025, two (2) potential winners (each, a “Potential Winner”) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. Potential Winners will be notified at the email address provided in their Caniac® Club registrations. Each Potential Winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Forms”) within twenty-four hours of the email send date and time. Winner must return signed Prize Claim Forms before Prize is awarded. Winner is responsible for paying all applicable taxes (including, but not limited to, all local, state, and federal taxes) on any Prize awarded to them. As required by law, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the fair market value of the Prize, and Winner may be required to provide a tax identification number or social security number as part of the Winner verification process.
