Raising Cane’s Joins the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Takes Home Multiple Accolades

Raising Cane’s kicked off rodeo season strong at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo – taking home a few accolades along the way!

For the first time, Raising Cane’s joined the Downtown Rodeo Parade with a custom float designed by Barry Kern from Kern Studios in New Orleans. The float, which featured a cowgirl in a Cane’s-branded rodeo arena roping a statue of Cane, won the President’s Award for Best Float!

We didn’t stop there – we also took home The Lone Star Entrée Award at the Rodeo Best Bites Competition for our chicken fingers on garlic butter Texas toast with Cane’s Sauce – making us a 2024 Grand Champion!

Among all the recognitions, we were also the official sponsor of the Raising Cane’s Selfie Cam – a brand new technology in the arena this season – where Rodeo goers could shoot live content and see it come to life across the jumbo screens inside NRG Stadium.

For all the concerts this Rodeo season, we wanted to give our Houston Caniacs the best viewing experience possible. A total of 160 field-level tickets were given out, along with the chance for 50 fans to join us for Luke Bryan in the Raising Cane’s suite.
