During the First 100 Promotion (“Promotion”) at each of the participating Raising Cane’s Restaurants (each, a “Participating Restaurant”) detailed below, on January 14, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m. local time the first 100 people to purchase a combo meal for drive-thru or patio dining only, excluding kids combo, (“Purchase”) and bring their pet dressed up will receive a Cane’s branded dog headband and a dog treat. (“Gift”). Limit one Gift per person. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) per Gift is $1.00. Total ARV of all Gifts is $100.00. Recipient must be a legal resident of Texas and at least 18 years of age to be eligible for the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Gift in whole or in part with one of comparable or greater value if a featured Gift becomes unavailable. Once a Gift is accepted, Sponsor is not responsible for recipient’s use or non-use of a Gift. Recipients are solely responsible for any taxes on their Gifts. As required by law, Raising Cane’s may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the fair market value of all Gifts one person receives if that fair market value exceeds current IRS limits. Void where prohibited.
