First 50 Football Weekend Giveaway Promotion Details – October 10 & 11, 2025

During the First 50 Promotion (“Promotion”) at the Raising Cane’s Restaurants located at 13350 Dallas Parkway, Ste 3680, Dallas, TX 75240  (“Participating Restaurant”) on either October 10, 2025 or October 11, 2025, beginning at 10 a.m. local time and ending at 8 p.m. local time or while supplies last, the first 50 people on each date to wear either red or orange, will receive a special gift (“Gift”). The Gift will include choice of either one (1) co-branded koozie or one (1) co-branded wristlet. Limit one Gift per person. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) per Gift is $2. Total ARV of all Gifts is $200. Recipient must be a legal resident of Oklahoma or Texas and at least 13 years of age to be eligible for the Gift.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Gift in whole or in part with one of comparable or greater value if a featured Gift becomes unavailable. Once a Gift is accepted, Sponsor is not responsible for recipient’s use or non-use of a Gift. Recipients are solely responsible for any taxes on their Gifts. As required by law, Raising Cane’s may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the fair market value of all Gifts one person receives if that fair market value exceeds current IRS limits. Void where prohibited.
