RAISING CANE’S® CANIAC® CLUB HOLIDAY RETAIL SWIPESTAKES – 2025

No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase odds of winning. Must be at least 13 years of age, a Caniac® Club member, and a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia to enter. Enter between 12:01 a.m. CT on November  21, 2025 and 11:59 p.m. CT on November 23, 2025  (“Entry Period”), with or without a purchase, by swiping your Caniac Club Card or scanning the QR Code at any Participating Restaurant. Limit one entry per day. On November 24, 2025, fifty (50) potential winners (each, a “Potential Winner” and collectively, the “Potential Winners”) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received at Participating Restaurants during the Entry Period. Potential Winners will be assigned Prize Packages at random and will not be able to specify which Prize Package they receive. Two (2) prize packages are available (each, a “Prize Package”).

Prize Package #1 includes one (1) Dreaming of a Raising Cane's Holiday Wearable Blanket, one (1) pair of A Christmas Story Socks, and one (1) pack of A Christmas Story Lapel Pins. 25 Prize Package #1 are available with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $80.97 per prize. Total ARV of all Prize Package #1 is $2,024.25.

Prize Package #2 includes one (1) each of the following Cane’s A Christmas Story Plush Puppies: one Cane as Ralphie, one Pink Bunny Cane and one Fra-Gee-Lay Cane. 25 Prize Package #2 are available with an ARV of $32.97 per prize. Total ARV of all Prize Package #2 is $824.25.

Total ARV of all Prize Packages is $2,848.50.

Potential Winners will be notified at the email addresses provided in their Caniac Club registration. Potential Winners will be required to complete and remit an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, (collectively “Prize Claim Forms”) before Prize is awarded, and within 48 hours of the email send date.  Limit one Prize Package per Winner.
