C76 - First 100 Grand Re-Opening Giveaway Promotion Details

During the First 100 Promotion (“Promotion”) at the Raising Cane’s Restaurant located at 5030 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75206, on July 12, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m. local time the first 100 people to purchase a combo meal for dine-in, excluding kids combo, will receive a special gift.

The gift for the first 15 purchasers will include one branded drawstring bag and one Free CANE’S® for a Year reward card (“FCFAY Gift”), subject to the Free CANE’S® for a Year Complete Program Terms at raisingcanes.com/promotions. To be eligible for the FCFAY Gift, you must (1) be one of the first 15 people in line at 10 a.m. when a Raising Cane’s representative hands out special wristbands, (2) wear the special wristband, and (3) make the required dine-in purchase.

The gift for purchasers 16-100 will include one branded drawstring bag and a Be Our Guest Card good for one free The Box Combo® redeemable at a later visit, subject to the terms and conditions on the card (“BOG Gift”). To be eligible for the BOG Gift, you must (1) be between the 16th and 100th positions in line at 10 a.m. and (2) make the required dine-in purchase. A wristband is not required to be eligible for the BOG Gift.

The FCFAY Gift and the BOG Gift may be referred to individually as a “Gift” and collectively as the “Gifts”. Limit one Gift per person. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) per FCFAY Gift is $448.11 and per BOG Gift is $25. Total ARV of all FCFAY Gifts is $6,721.65 and ARV of all BOG Gifts is $2,125. Total ARV of all Gifts is $8,846.65. Recipient must be a legal resident of Texas and at least 13 years of age to be eligible for the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Gift in whole or in part with one of comparable or greater value if a featured Gift becomes unavailable. Once a Gift is accepted, Sponsor is not responsible for recipient’s use or non-use of a Gift. Recipients are solely responsible for any taxes on their Gifts. As required by law, Raising Cane’s may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the fair market value of all Gifts one person receives if that fair market value exceeds current IRS limits. Void where prohibited.
