C676 - First 100 Nurses Promotion Details – Nurse Appreciation Swag Bag Giveaway

During the First 100 Nurses Promotion (“Promotion”) at the Raising Cane’s Restaurant located at 755 Boylston Street, Boston, MA 02116, on May 12, 2025, beginning at 7:00 p.m. local time and ending at 9:00 p.m. local time or while supplies last, the first 100 Nurses to show a valid nurse badge will receive a special gift (“Gift”). The Gift is a Raising Cane’s Nurse Appreciation Swag Bag, which includes the following Raising Cane’s branded items: one reusable bag, one pen, one lip balm, one hand sanitizer, one lanyard, one headband, and one Lemonade card valid for one free 22 oz Lemonade. Limit one Gift per person. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) per Gift is $25. Total ARV of all Gifts is $2,500. Recipient must be a legal resident of Massachusetts and at least 18 years of age to be eligible for the Gift. No purchase necessary.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Gift in whole or in part with one of comparable or greater value if a featured Gift becomes unavailable. Once a Gift is accepted, Sponsor is not responsible for recipient’s use or non-use of a Gift. Recipients are solely responsible for any taxes on their Gifts. As required by law, Raising Cane’s may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the fair market value of all Gifts one person receives if that fair market value exceeds current IRS limits. Void where prohibited.
