C166 - First 50 Promotion Details – Houston Astros Baseball Game Ticket Giveaway

During the First 50 Promotion (“Promotion”) on July 10, 2025, between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. local time at the Raising Cane’s Restaurant located at 1105 N. Dairy Ashford, Houston, TX 77079, the first 50 customers to purchase THE BOX COMBO® meal for dine-in will each receive two (2) tickets to an upcoming Houston Astros baseball game (“Tickets”) at Daikin Park, while supplies last. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of one Ticket is $20.00 and $40.00 for a pair of Tickets. Total ARV of all Tickets in this promotion is $2,000.00. Tickets will be awarded in pairs, not to be divided, traded, or exchanged for cash. Maximum 2 Tickets may be awarded to any one person or household during the Promotion. Ticket recipients are solely responsible for any taxes. Transportation and game parking not included. Tickets are provided “as is” and are subject to additional terms and conditions printed on the back of each Ticket. Use Tickets at your own risk. Raising Cane’s disclaims all liability for any claim, loss, injury, damage, delay, accident, cost or expense of any kind arising out of this promotion or use of any Tickets. Recipient must be a legal resident of Texas and at least 13 years of age to be eligible for the Tickets. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Tickets in whole or in part with item of comparable or greater value if a featured Tickets become unavailable. Recipients are solely responsible for any taxes on their Tickets. As required by law, Raising Cane’s may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the fair market value of all Tickets one person receives if that fair market value exceeds current IRS limits. Void where prohibited.
