30 Days of Giveaways Promotion Details

During the 30 Days of Giveaways Promotion (“Promotion”), the Raising Cane’s Restaurant located at 2781 Mannheim Road, Des Plaines, IL 60018 will give away one gift (“Gift”) to the first customer who purchases a combo meal in the dine-in or drive-thru each day (“Winner”) for thirty (30) days.  A Gift will be given away each day starting December 18, 2024 and ending January 18, 2025, excluding December 25, 2024 and January 1, 2025. Average Retail Value (“ARV”) per Gift ranges from $10.99 to $248.00. Total ARV of all Gifts is $2,451.77.

Available Gifts are:

Mobile and online orders are not eligible for Promotion. Winner will not get to select which Gift they receive; Gifts will be pre-selected by the Restaurant. Limit one Gift per Winner for this Promotion.

Once a Gift is accepted, Raising Cane’s is not responsible for recipient’s use or non-use of a Gift.  Recipients are solely responsible for any taxes on their Gifts. As required by law, Raising Cane’s may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the fair market value of all Gifts one person receives if that fair market value exceeds current IRS limits.  Void where prohibited.
