The prize includes four (4) General Admission tickets (the “Prize”) to the Big As Texas Festival scheduled to be held at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds outside of Houston, Texas on May 10-12, 2024 (the “Festival”). One (1) Prize is available. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize is $1000.00. To enter the drawing, swipe your Caniac Club card or scan the QR code in the Caniac Club app at one of the participating restaurants (each, a “Participating Restaurant”) detailed below between 9a.m. Central Time on May 1, 2024 and 11:59p.m. Central Time on May 7, 2024 (“Entry Period”). On May 8, 2024, one (1) potential winner (“Potential Winner”) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Potential Winner will be notified at the email addresses provided in their Caniac Club registration. Potential Winner will be required to complete and remit an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Forms”) within two days of the email send date. Winner must return signed Prize Claim Forms before Prize is awarded. Winner is responsible for paying all applicable taxes (including, but not limited to, all local, state and federal taxes) on any Prize awarded to them. As required by law, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the fair market value of the Prize, and Winner may be required to provide a tax identification number or social security number as part of the Winner verification process.
