No Purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chance of winning. Void where prohibited. Game pieces will be available beginning July 7, 2010 through August 17, 2010 or until all game piece supplies are exhausted, whichever comes first.

Who may enter: Raising Cane's® Lemonade Rocks 2010 Instant Win Game is open to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older. Crewmembers, officers and directors of Sponsor or its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, and or advertising and promotional agencies, and any and all other companies associated with this game are not eligible to participate.

How to Participate: To obtain a game piece: 1) Visit any participating Raising Cane's® Restaurant, make any drink purchase and receive a free instant win game piece. One game piece per person per transaction per day. 2) Request a free game piece by mail at the address listed below.
To play without purchase, or without visiting a Raising Cane's® Restaurant, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Raising Cane's Lemonade Rocks P.O. Box 709 Bayonne, New Jersey 07002, to receive a free game piece by mail while supplies last. Mail in game piece requests must be postmarked by August 17, 2010 and be received by August 21, 2010. Enter as often as you wish by mail. Each mail-in request must be submitted separately. One mail-in request per outer mailing envelope per day. Photocopies or mechanically produced requests are invalid. For a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Raising Cane's Lemonade Rocks P.O. Box 902 Bayonne, NJ 07002 to be received by August 17, 2010.

How to Play: To play, gently scratch off the designated areas on the front of the game piece. If a game piece reveals 3 identical prize designations, the piece may be redeemed for the prize indicated. If you did not win a prize, drop your game card with the completed information required on the back of the card in the entry bucket to be eligible to win the Fretlight® Guitar. All prizes won are subject to verification of winning game piece or pieces and participants eligibility. Decisions of the judges are final on all matters relating to the game. Sponsor's liability for game pieces containing printing, technical or other errors is limited to replacement with another game piece, while supplies last.

Odds of winning: Assuming all game pieces are distributed, approximate odds of winning as follows: Fretlight® Guitar and Software Package depends upon number of entries submitted per location. Box Combo 1:1599, Lemonade 1:200, 32oz. Soft Drink 1:200, One Free Finger 1:19, Toast 1:11, Cane's Sauce 1:10, 3,100,000 game pieces will be available during the game.

Prizes: Each participating Raising Cane's® Restaurant will conduct a drawing from among all game cards submitted with the customers' information to award a Fretlight® Guitar and Software Package. ARV. $525. This drawing will take place on or about August 20, 2010 at each participating Raising Cane's® Restaurant. Other instant win prizes include (1,938) Box Combos ARV. $ 6.79 ea. Total approximate value of all prizes: $ 553,715. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded. No cash redemption or substitution except at Sponsor's discretion. Winners are responsible for any state or local taxes. Guitar depicted on game card is different from guitar awarded.

Claiming Prizes: All food related prizes are redeemable at participating Raising Cane's® Restaurants only during your next visit. You may redeem multiple winning game cards at the same time. Game pieces have no cash value, therefore refunds on food will not be provided to customers who have already made a purchase without presenting their game cards. All food prizes must be claimed by August 31, 2010. Guitar winners will be contacted by the manager of the participating Raising Cane's® Restaurant and can pick up their prize at that location. Winners will be required to present identification as a condition of receiving the Guitar. By participating entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. All taxes, including federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Conditions: All game piece requests and entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, forged, mutilated, incomplete or illegible game piece requests or entries. Game pieces are void if defective, altered, forged or obtained outside authorized channels.
