RAISING CANE’S® CANIAC® CLUB – CENTERPOINT ENERGY DAYTON AIR SHOW SWIPESTAKES 2024

No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase odds of winning. Must be at least 18 years of age and a Caniac® Club member to enter. Each prize includes four (4) General Admission tickets, one (1) General Admission parking pass, and one (1) official Souvenir Program (collectively, a “Prize”) to the CenterPoint Energy Dayton Air Show in Vandalia, Ohio scheduled to be held on Saturday, June 22, 2024 (the “Air Show”). Five (5) Prizes are available.  Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of one Prize is $99.00. Total ARV of all Prizes is $495.00. To enter the drawing, swipe your Caniac Club card or scan the QR code in the Caniac Club app at one of the participating restaurants (each, a “Participating Restaurant”) detailed below between 9a.m. Eastern Time on May 20, 2024 and 11:59p.m. Eastern Time on June 14, 2024 (“Entry Period”). On June 15, 2024, five (5) potential winners (each, a “Potential Winner”) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Potential Winners will be notified at the email addresses provided in their Caniac Club registration.  Potential Winners will be required to complete and remit an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Forms”) within two days of the email send date. Winner must return signed Prize Claim Forms before Prize is awarded. Winner is responsible for paying all applicable taxes (including, but not limited to, all local, state and federal taxes) on any Prize awarded to them.  As required by law, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the fair market value of the Prize, and Winner may be required to provide a tax identification number or social security number as part of the Winner verification process.  Void where prohibited.  Limit one entry per person per day.  Promotion is subject to the Promotion Official Rules for Caniac Club promotions, at https://www.raisingcanes.com/caniac-club-rules.
