RAISING CANE’S® CANIAC® CLUB – PARKER MCCOLLUM TOUR SWIPESTAKES 2024
No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase odds of winning. Must be at least 18 years of age and a Caniac® Club member to enter. Each Prize includes two (2) tickets and two (2) Meet & Greet passes (collectively, a “Prize”) to a specific Parker McCollum concert detailed below (each, a “Concert”) with a retail value of $680.00. Three (3) Prizes are available for each Concert. Total ARV of all Prizes is $26,520.00. To enter a drawing, swipe your Caniac Club card or scan the QR code in the Caniac Club app at one of the participating restaurants (each, a “Participating Restaurant”) during the specific dates of entry (“Entry Period”) detailed below. On the “Potential Winner Selection Dates” listed below, three (3) potential winners (each, a “Potential Winner”) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received at the corresponding Participating Restaurants during the corresponding Entry Period. Potential winners will be notified at the email addresses provided in their Caniac Club registration. Potential winners will be required to complete and remit an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, (collectively “Prize Claim Forms”) before Prize is awarded, and within two days of the email send date. Winner must return signed Prize Claim Forms and pick up the Prize at the Participating Restaurant designated in the notification email. Winner is responsible for paying all applicable taxes (including, but not limited to, all local, state and federal taxes) on any Prize awarded to them. As required by law, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the fair market value of the Prize, and Winner may be required to provide a tax identification number or social security number as part of the Winner verification process.
